Re: Introductions
I'm your platoon commander and the "game master" for this RPG. In real life, I am signing my contract to enlist in the Marine Corps in May and I'm going to be 0311 Rifleman. I have an Xbox LIVE account (BoM Cartwright), named so for my last name and BoM stands for Band of Marines, my clan that I've led for five years.
Also, I went to the beach yesterday and I am burnt all over my back, chest, and stomach. My arms aren't that bad. I was like red as a lobster yesterday. lmao

Re: Introductions
Well, seeing as how ladies aren't allowed in the infantry field of Marines I had to make a male character..
Johnathan Metz, your personal marksmen. Part of the 13th Fireteam.Nice to meet you all
And for those of you who wanted my real intro, here it is..
Hi my name's C.J. . I live in Southern CA and have a ton of respect for our armed forces. I'd join if I wasn't so afraid of getting killed. Life is better when you don't have a "clock" so to speak.
Special ops FTW!

Re: Introductions
Southern portion of the East Coast, mainly Florida, is usually warm year round. It might get chilly there, but never really cold. If it does get cold or snow, it's rare. However, places like Virginia (where I live) are always cold in the winter and hot as hell in the summer.

Re: Introductions
Yeah, well, VIRGINIA IS FOR LOVERS. SO OWNED. lmao
I don't care really. I wanna live in Florida, to be honest. I love it there. Southern Florida, beautiful palm trees, nice Atlantic ocean. Ah. It's nice. Plus Universal Studios is located there and I've only been there on a few separate occasions and would love to go again. It's always fun going there and riding all of their rides.

You WANT to live where there's giant bugs, alligators and did I mention: GIANT BUGS? You're going to need some serious sunscreen and bug spray.Beware the humidity in Summer. I've never been there but my sister has and she said she hated that heat. It's worse than Arizona in the 100's. Just warning ya.

Re: Introductions
Well I guess I should say were I'm from the lol. I'm up north in CANADA lol. Its pretty good here weather wise... just nothing to do or see where I am lol.
Re: Introductions
Metz, I'm going to Parris Island, South Carolina, for Marine Corps recruit training. I will have to deal with sand beetles for three months while doing PT. Trust me, alligators and giant bugs will be the least of my worries when I live down there. Hell, there are alligators near the MCRD. Nothing I can do about it. Besides, while civvies may complain about the deep south - I won't. It'll all be normal for me by the time I'm out of boot.
