Attempting to start up an RP site, HELP WANTED!

It's going to be WWII based.

I want guys who can be fair admins. Currently don't got much done, but It's a start.

What I plan to have;

-A Player versus Player system.
-A shop
-A nice looking background
-A decent banner (will hold a contest).

ahah trust me its hard. I'd help, but I'm admining/staffing too many site right now.

Well, since all the cool stuff you gotta pay for is what I need I'm probably gonna delete the board (2 days up, new record!)

I have to wonder. Is PVP really the best plan, wont people just get annoyed by the loss of characters?
This is just a general ponder more than anything?
Also, define cool stuff, because I'd be happy to admin a site

pvp could mean your in charge of NPC squad or something. the NPCs die and your characters are rivals?

I was going to make it so that you're not allowed to kill another Player unless both parties agreed (however you can take said losing player as a POW). Much like Issuing Orders the moderators/admins would moderate a thread to the best of their abilities. NPCs are expendable but nice to have around.

It isn't mandatory to partake in PvP, but if you do please note that your character is in risk of being killed in combat.

More on POWs, you can put a ransom on POWs, if no ransom is set within a week of the POW's capture he is set free. Otherwise the captors of him may put an execution date on the POW (two weeks minimum).

Losing characters is a possibility, but you can have as many characters as you like (just so long as the admins know of it, except if you're an admin).

You know I think it would be epic if it was a Vietnam war RP XD, I've never seen one of those before lol.

Problem there is that there's really only two combatants, WWII had a lot.

EDIT: I'm thinking of changing the atmosphere of the RP. Since WWII is always used in things like this I'm planing to make it a near future RP instead.
